This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our design services and products. By using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with this policy.

  1.  Design Services Refunds:

1.1 Approved Designs:

  • All approved designs are non-refundable. Once a design has been approved by the customer, it indicates acceptance and satisfaction with the final product. Therefore, no refunds will be provided for approved designs.

1.2 Designer Issues:

  • In the rare event that a design project cannot be completed due to designer issues, such as unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties, we will fully refund the customer for the incomplete project. We apologize for any inconvenience caused in such cases.

1.3 Customer Cancellation:

  • If a customer chooses to cancel a design project before completion, a refund will be provided, but it will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% of the project cost covers the time, effort, and resources invested in the design process up to that point.
  1. Product Refunds:

  • Product refunds, including physical items such as signs, banners, business cards, menus, product labels, and garments, are determined by the manufacturer and their respective refund policies. We work with reputable wholesale manufacturers who handle the production and shipment of these items. Therefore, any requests for product refunds will be subject to the manufacturer’s specific refund policy.
